Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster a dynamic environment for career growth, while working remotely or onsite in the New York City area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements that benefit both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide regular feedback and career development support to team members while overseeing operational best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
