Engineering Manager
Job Summary
To support scaling development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and improve engineering practices in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms while fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
- Guide the team in improving operational best practices and conduct regular performance feedback sessions with direct reports
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of experience as an engineer with a focus on coding
- Strong technical foundation to provide guidance and set context for the team
- Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
- Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
