Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an empowering environment for career growth while working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to design and develop product enhancements, prioritizing and planning cycles
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to direct reports while improving operational best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, ideally in sports technology
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
