Job Summary

The full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, focusing on product enhancements and operational best practices while fostering an inclusive environment and supporting team growth, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product teams to design and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving engineering practices and provide career development support through regular feedback and one-on-ones

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong technical foundation with knowledge of technology industry standards
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
