Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and drive best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that benefit both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and regular feedback to team members, while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
• Strong understanding of product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Experience in both consumer and enterprise products
• Ability to work in the eastern time zone, with a preference for candidates in the New York City area
