Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and regular feedback to team members while participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of coding experience in an engineering role
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Product-minded engineering experience, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
