Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and provide career development support

Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
- Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
- Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
- Ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
