Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve operational practices, with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide regular feedback and career development support to team members while fostering an inclusive work environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation and understanding of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering
