Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to develop and optimize support tools
- Perform code and architecture reviews while providing technical guidance and feedback to the team
- Collaborate with product counterparts to align the team's vision with organizational goals and make build or buy decisions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering industry-leading user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and building tools for customer service efficiency
- Familiarity with various technologies including Python, Go, and AWS, though deep expertise in all is not required
