Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate closely with Product on enhancements, and foster a dynamic environment for career growth, while allowing for flexible remote work options.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work with Product to design, develop, and prioritize product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational best practices and provide performance feedback and career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
