Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment for career growth while working remotely or onsite in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that benefit both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational practices and provide career development support through regular feedback and one-on-ones

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, especially those involving native mobile, web, and backend systems
• Ability to work in the eastern time zone, with preference for candidates located in the New York City area
