Job Summary
To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an empowering environment for career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms while guiding best practices in development
- Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
- Provide performance feedback, conduct one-on-ones, and support the career development of team members
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
- Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Go, and cloud services like AWS is preferred
