Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Product-minded engineering experience, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
