To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, drive product enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or onsite in New York City.

Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a focus on coding
- Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
- Experience with consumer and enterprise products, especially in sports technology
- Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
