Empowering engineering teams, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve operational practices while working remotely or onsite in the New York City area.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and provide regular performance feedback
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
- Foster an inclusive environment that inspires engineers to tackle complex challenges and supports their career growth
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
- Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
- Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering
