Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, drive product enhancements, and improve engineering best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms while fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide performance feedback and career development support to team members, while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
