Job Summary

Empowering engineering teams, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve operational best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, providing performance feedback and career development support
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving engineering practices and facilitate effective communication across departments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to work in the eastern time zone, with preference for candidates in the New York City area
