Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve engineering practices while fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and provide career development support
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Conduct code reviews and communicate technical decisions while resolving blocking issues

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
