Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to oversee a team of cross-functional engineers, enhance product development in collaboration with Product teams, and improve engineering practices, all while working remotely or in-office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback while fostering an inclusive and empowering team environment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong coding background
- Proven technical expertise and knowledge of the technology industry
- Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in fan and rightsholder experiences
- Familiarity with product-minded engineering, especially in mobile, web, and backend systems
