Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product to enhance product offerings, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across backend and frontend platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and develop product enhancements while prioritizing and planning cycles
• Provide performance feedback and career development support to team members, fostering an inclusive and empowering environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
