Job Summary
To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or in-office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring productivity and motivation
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
- Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing career development support
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
- Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
- Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
- Ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
