Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience managing productive engineering teams
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and support tools in a marketplace environment preferred
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
