Job Summary
To scale up development operations, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve engineering best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and provide career development support
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
- Conduct code reviews and communicate technical decisions while resolving issues across teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
- Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
- Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
