Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on both backend and frontend development
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational practices and provide career development support through regular feedback and one-on-ones

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong focus on coding
• Proven ability to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in the sports technology industry is preferred
• Candidates must be located in the eastern time zone, with preference for those in the New York City area
