Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on customer onboarding and platform reliability, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee engineering delivery for new implementations and ensure high standards of quality and operational health in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery for new customer implementations, managing sequencing, staffing, and dependencies
• Drive production health by managing incident response, root cause analysis, and implementing durable fixes
• Set high standards for code review, testing, and release practices while ensuring compliance with sensitive data handling

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing engineering teams with direct ownership of delivery and performance
• Demonstrated technical credibility in reviewing designs and code, and evaluating migration and reliability tradeoffs
• Experience operating a production system with real customers, including incident response and quality management
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling and effective team application
