Leading the Mortgage Verifications Team, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive technical vision, collaborate with product management to enhance features, and optimize engineering processes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision for the team and inspire motivation for upcoming projects
- Partner closely with product management to build new features and enhance existing ones
- Reduce technical debt and sustainably scale architecture while nurturing team members' growth
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager
- 8+ years of experience as an engineer
- Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of service architecture and system design
- Experience managing quality incidents in a regulated product environment
