Job Summary
To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment.

- Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers

Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
- Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
- Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
- Understanding of product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
