Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and drive best practices in a flexible remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that benefit both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide regular feedback and career development support to team members while fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams
