Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and develop product enhancements and prioritize planning cycles
• Foster an inclusive environment, providing career development support and conducting performance feedback sessions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Ability to lead collaboration between cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
