Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and drive best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and regular performance feedback to team members, while participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role focused on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
