Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing development operation, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or onsite in the New York City area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements that provide value to both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices, while providing career development support and conducting performance feedback sessions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams
