Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading and scaling a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on full-stack product development, data engineering, and business intelligence, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee technical direction, manage team performance, and ensure quality standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of engineers across full-stack, data engineering, and BI disciplines
• Provide technical direction and quality standards for C#/.NET backend services, SQL data models, and Vue 3 frontend applications
• Own the roadmap execution for the team's domains, partnering closely with Product and Design

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in an engineering management or team lead role
• Demonstrated experience hiring engineers and conducting full-cycle technical interviews
• Hands-on background with C# / .NET and SQL, with the ability to read and review code
• Experience leading or closely partnering with data engineering teams
• Familiarity with Power BI or comparable BI platforms at a team-management level
