Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while providing technical guidance and career development support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing regular feedback and career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with consumer and enterprise products, especially in the sports technology industry is preferred
