Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, enhance product offerings, and improve engineering practices while fostering a collaborative environment, with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with sports technology is preferred, but not required
