Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the engineering execution of a product pod, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will ensure high-quality feature delivery, guide technical decisions, and enforce engineering best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own engineering delivery, planning, estimation, and execution for the product pod
• Partner with the pod owner to review PRDs and identify technical risks before development
• Drive predictable delivery while balancing speed, quality, and technical debt

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years leading engineering teams or technical delivery
• Strong experience building modern Enterprise SaaS products
• Solid understanding of software architecture and system design
• Knowledge of cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
