Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve engineering best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages career growth and provides regular feedback and support to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry to guide team decisions
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
