Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product to enhance product offerings, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and development
• Work closely with Product to design, develop, and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages team growth and provides regular performance feedback and career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation to guide team decisions on tools and frameworks
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, especially in a sports technology context
• Ability to work in the eastern time zone, with preference for candidates in the New York City area
