Job Summary
To scale up development operations, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve engineering practices in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across backend and frontend platforms
- Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
- Provide career development support and regular feedback to team members while fostering an inclusive environment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on writing code
- Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
- Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Go, and AWS is preferred
