Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a multidisciplinary software engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive technical excellence and delivery execution for mission-critical products built on .NET, legacy Delphi, and AWS-native services in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for systems built with .NET (C#) and AWS-native services
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Own end-to-end delivery of features and platform capabilities, ensuring systems meet standards for security, reliability, and scalability
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering leadership or technical team lead experience and 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET (C#) enterprise application development and legacy Delphi systems
- Experience building and operating cloud-native systems on AWS, including services such as Lambda and RDS
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and modern DevOps practices
- Proven success leading teams delivering distributed, event-driven, mission-critical systems
