- Conduct code and architecture reviews while providing career development support to team members
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering industry-leading customer experiences
- Experience with customer support experience software in a marketplace environment is preferred
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, AWS, and AI tooling is beneficial
