- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience managing productive engineering teams
- Proven track record in delivering impactful customer support software solutions
- Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for support efficiency
- Familiarity with various programming languages and technologies, including Python, Go, and AWS
