Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record of enhancing customer experiences through innovative UX solutions
- Experience with customer support software and tools in a marketplace environment is preferred
- Familiarity with a variety of programming languages and technologies, including Python, Go, and AWS
