Engineering Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of autonomous operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage and develop a high-performing engineering team, drive technical execution on product initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development
- Drive technical execution on key product and platform initiatives, ensuring high-quality system delivery
- Participate in architecture reviews and occasionally write production code to support critical decision-making
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering leadership or people management
- Strong technical foundation in building distributed systems and backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, or Python
- Experience leading teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with team leadership and execution oversight
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
