Job Summary

Leading a high-impact engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of user-facing products, drive technical strategy, and mentor engineers while working remotely or from the San Francisco office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of classroom user interfaces and next-generation APIs to enhance access to learning applications
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to define the product roadmap and drive organizational best practices
• Build and develop a high-performing, inclusive engineering team focused on delivering reliable, business-critical software

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams with a focus on mentorship and team building
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong fundamentals in full-stack architecture and system design
• Familiarity with AI coding tools to enhance development workflow and code quality
• Experience with operational change management and process improvement
