Key responsibilities
- Drive engineering-wide initiatives to improve team performance and organizational growth
- Support proactive engineers and create conditions for innovative ideas to surface and progress
- Partner closely with Product Managers to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences
Required qualifications
- 3+ years managing engineering teams in a product company
- Experience building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives
- Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks
- Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
- Strong ability to prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives
