Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a managerial role, including one year managing a remote team
• Proven experience in managing engineers' performance and fostering team dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to grow teams and manage the recruiting lifecycle effectively
• Strong technical background with experience in technical execution and dependency management
• Ability to build relationships across various stakeholders, including engineers and customers
