Job Summary
To support a growing engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will lead and mentor engineers, make technical decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring their output and career development align with company goals
- Make architectural decisions and support the team in delivering against the product roadmap
- Own team execution from planning to delivery, resolving blockers and ensuring high-quality feature development
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in SaaS environments
- Hands-on knowledge of technologies such as Elixir, React, React Native, or AWS
- Experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies and improving team performance metrics
- Proven track record in scoping, planning, and delivering software consistently
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
