Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team within the Trading Platform, the full-time Engineering Manager will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, quality, and delivery while collaborating with senior engineers and other stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set direction and standards for the team, manage hiring processes, and oversee day-to-day operations
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous learning
• Ensure system availability and performance, driving operational excellence and managing incident response

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including production systems and operations
• 2+ years of engineering management experience with a focus on team development and delivery
• Experience with incident response and reliability for production systems
• Technical expertise in backend and distributed systems, ideally with .NET/C#, AWS, and containerization
• Proven ability to build inclusive and collaborative team cultures
