Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers focused on enhancing developer productivity, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will own the Developer Experience strategy and roadmap, driving initiatives to improve engineering velocity and quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for the developer experience within Bubble
- Own the DX strategy and roadmap, identifying and executing on opportunities to improve engineering velocity and quality
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI tooling, into the development lifecycle
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in engineering management
- Strong proficiency across the stack, from frontend to infrastructure
- Experience with developer tooling build systems, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience utilizing AI tooling to accelerate development workflows
- Proven ability to organize and lead multiple projects with measurable outcomes
