Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of Attack Engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will drive operational excellence in vulnerability research and AI-driven automation while collaborating closely with Product Management to deliver a high-quality Rapid Response product.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of Attack Engineers, setting technical direction and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Oversee daily triage and prioritization of emerging threats, ensuring rapid analysis and response to CVEs and zero-days
- Collaborate with Product Management to align technical research with product strategy, delivering solutions at market-leading speed
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of direct people management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience, particularly in Python and SQL
- 5+ years in cybersecurity focused on vulnerability analysis or offensive security
- Experience with AI harnesses and agentic frameworks
- Strong background in secure software development practices and effective team workflows
